When to Use Quick Flow
Quick Flow skips the full planning pipeline (PRD, architecture, epics). Use it for:
- Bug fixes and small patches
- One-off features that don't need formal planning
- Spikes and proof-of-concept work
- Tasks that are well-understood and self-contained
For larger work that spans multiple stories, use the full workflow starting with /aria-brief.
